The GlitterGirl Ski Clinics have been designed specifically for ladies who'd like to improve their skiing in an environment that provides everything they need for a thoroughly enjoyable week in the snowy mountains. Not only will you receive expert tuition in a ladies only group but you'll get pampered throughout a week of ultimate luxury. This totally new concept in skiing will help all our GlitterGirls to step up a level and match any skier for speed, technique and endurance. Whilst we know that the main aim remains to improve your skiing we've also designed the week so you can enjoy your time off the slopes.

The Skiing

On-piste, off-piste Ð you decide. If you're looking for powder in abundance, and some of the best tree and off-piste skiing around, then you've come to the right place. With varying terrain to suit all abilities; from leisurely tree lined slopes to technical black runs, to expansive off-piste, there will be plenty to indulge your snow-fuelled ambitions in the Portes du Soleil ski area. Our main aim for the week is to create the perfect environment that boosts confidence and allows you to improve as a skier.

Our week long ski clinic includes 3 days of skiing with a top British female instructor (3hrs per day), where they'll cover all aspects of ski improvement - technical concepts, technique adaption through different terrain and for the more adventerous off-piste skiing. As well as the days we've set aside an evening for technical discussion and video playback (with a Gin&Tonic in hand!). Group sizes will be between 6 and 8 ladies so there's plenty of time to concentrate on improving your technique and style. Your personalised schedule will be tailormade to ensure compatibility between individuals and ability. Due to the nature of group skiing it is important that skiers are at an intermediate level, e.g. happy on reds, min of 3/4 weeks experience, reasonable parallels.

Depending on how you improve throughout the week there's even the chance to organise the most amazing off piste ski experience with a helicopter pickup at the end!

The Pampering

Each morning you'll have the opportunity to take a Yoga class where you'll be able to clear you mind and relax your body for the day ahead. This is a great way to stretch your muscles and increase your level of concentration.

During the week we'll book each of our GlitterGirls a full body massage treatment to help ease away any aches and pains. This is a great aid to relaxation - remember that it's a holiday so you have to accept that pampering is all part of the week. If required we are also able to organise other beauty treatments such as aromatherapy, manicures, pedicures, facials, waxing and even St Tropez tanning.! The chalet also has an outdoor hottub where you can enjoy a cocktail whilst taking in the amazing alpine views each evening!

As a reward for your effort and improvement throughout the week we've organised an away day at a beautiful natural outdoor spa in the Swiss mountains. Saturday will be all about rest and relaxation. You'll be able to enjoy the hot outdoor thermal spas, turkish steam rooms, nordic saunas and even have enough time for one of the many beauty treaments* they offer. The Accommodation & Food

A holiday wouldn't be a holiday without luxurious accommodation. All your rooms are ensuite and include such luxuries as 100% egyptain cotton linen, spa fluffy towels and Molten Brown products. The chalet itself is brand new and has been designed with style and comfort in mind. An outdoor hottub, real log fire, Sky TV and private bar serving the best cocktails in town adds the finishing touches to the perfect luxury chalet.

Your dining experience will be one of sumptuous delight each evening. A superb four course meal along with carefully selected wines from the Burgundy region of France will be served in the beautiful candlelit dining room. After supper you can move to the open plan comfort area and relax in front of the warming fire.
