All the therapists work from the comfort of our own star ski chalet.

In The Morning:
Helping to ease away aches and pains from previous days activities, warming up your muscles in preparation for the day ahead, we can even stretch your muscles while you lie back and relax.

In The Afternoon:
This is an ideal time for those wanting to relax and indulge, the chalet is peaceful and tranquil, you can enjoy a couple of hours to yourself after the treatment before anyone returns from the slopes.

In The Evening:
When you return form the slopes exhausted and full of fresh mountain air we can help to replenish your energy levels in preparation for some après ski, or for those who prefer a quiet evening, a treatment from us can be just the ticket to help you relax. After a hard day skiing massage can help to prevent stiffness by aiding the removal of lactic acid.

Massage
Using a variety of techniques including sports, deep tissue, holistic andSwedish massage just decide how long you would like your treatment anda highly trained therapist will tailor it to your requirements.

Examples of popular treatments & the time needed:

90 mins: Relaxing full body massage including face and scalp or therapeutic back, neck, shoulder and leg massage.
60 mins: Therapeutic back, neck and shoulder massage or leg and foot massage or relaxing full body massage.
45 mins: Relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage or leg and foot massage.
30 mins: Relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage or leg massage.
The Skiers Tonic: A seated massage giving 45 minutes of heaven to scalp, neck, shoulders and feet.

Reflexology
A deeply relaxing pressure point foot massage, which stimulates the body’s own natural healing processes. This holistic treatment can also help boost energy levels and the immune system. Concentrating on the feet, reflexology is also a delightful pleasure after being cooped up in ski boots all day.

Facials
Luxury Holistic: Using handmade organic skincare products from Circaroma, this facial is formulated to enhance the senses and relax the mind and body. Includes a face massage and options for neck and shoulder, foot, hand or scalp massage. Suitable for all skin types.

Body Treatments
Body Booster: An all over body treatment using the Circaroma organic skincare range, includes a scrub, skin conditioning treatment and a relaxing body massage.

St Tropez Tanning: This soothing treatment, available for both men and women leaves you looking and feeling like you have had a week in the sun. The aloe based products leave your skin smooth, soft and conditioned. The St Tropez auto-bronzant has a unique formula that responds to your skin resulting in a natural looking, strap free tan.

Manicure
Using luxury organic handmade products from the Circaroma range this soothing treatment is combined with a warming hand massage to boost circulation and improve the condition of the hands and nails.

Pedicure
Gena pedicures cleanse, refresh and invigorate tired, aching feet. Selected specifically for its exclusive therapeutic effects, Gena products are formulated with the finest botanical ingredients.

Eye Enhancement Treatments
